What food we eat is what we become…
Our Body undergoes body pain and aches; continuous and sometimes overcoming pains over a period of time. This pain may be in whole body or may be at some particular part, may it be neck, back, waist, shoulder, wrist, knees, heels etc. Modern medicinal science have given them various names and medicines for all of them are available in the market by different names which are generally pain killers.
Why do we have pains in our body…
Food, Body Pain AND Digestion – vatta, kapha and pitta
The main and foremost reason for these pains are our food habits and digestion. Undigested food generates poison in our body. The food is digested by the body in its own capacity. This digestion and indigestion balances and imbalances the vatta, kapha and pitta of our body. Intake of improper food that is not according to the requirement, it remains undigested and generates poison. This fluid generated in the system mixes with the blood and gets accumulated in different parts of the body. This circulation and accumulation results in rigidness, swelling or pains in the body.
Joint pains are not pain in the bone. Every bone is accompanied with muscles and each muscle to remain intact with the bones have tendons. The food goes through a structure of complex body system and gets digested. Thus, the food we eat gives birth to pain or health to the body.
Modern Science and medicines
Modern medical science does not prescribe in ailing the body through food. It goes with a baseline that body gets affected by the external factors and can be cured only with external intake or medicines. Modern science does not focus on body care and diet pattern. Pain killers effect the body temporarily and on the other hand secreates amma that in turn increases the pain and even effects other body parts.
It is necessary to take care of the diet pattern and yog postures to get Relief from Joint pains. The food intake must be according purely to the cycle of the season. The requirement of the body keeps changing from time to time and from season to season. On a natural way our digestive system digests the food that is season oriented. Intake of food should be in accordance to the day schedule as our body vatta, pita and kapha balance keeps changing with sun rise and sun set.
Food for digestion
- Avoid Junk and Fried food, spicy and un-seasonal food that is not digestive easily.
- Garlic, ginger, onion, alsi, methi, turmeric should be increased in our diet plan.
- Intake of Wheat grain and food with roughage that cleanses our stomach should be increased.
- Pomegranate, apple, carrot etc that are anti swelling should be taken regularly.
- Be very well aware before intake of whatever you eat and be sure whether you can digest it or not.
- We eat but are not able to digest or is half digested. This disturbs the natural flow of life force energies and have negative impact on the natural inbuilt system of our body.
OUR THOUGHTS AND LIFE STYLE PLAY A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE IN RELATION WITH OUR BODY. BODY AND MIND ARE VERY CLOSELY RELATED TO EACH OTHER AND SO IS OUR FOOD MAY IT BE FOOD WE EAT OR EVEN THE FOOD FOR MIND … OUT THOUGHTS
